Overview
One of many Chinese toy manufacturers, Earnestcore Craft is largely known for their mecha toys, with their biggest line by far being their Robot Build line of mecha-themed action figures. However, in 2025, Earnestcore Craft collaborated with fellow Chinese toy company Hemoxian (already in this guide for their stellar work with Jiulian and Kelly Janet) to create a mecha musume line of their own, rosado Project (sic).
While the first two girls, Rasetsu Sekiko and Seika Black Iris, are action figures, in late 2025 the collaboration teamed up with Kotobukiya in order to distribute the only model kit of the line (as of this writing), RS-03 Starflower Lily.
Construction and Engineering
The kit overall builds up very well and feels solid once completed. The plastic feels good and is easy to work with, and I didn’t notice any serious marking or stressing when cutting the pieces out. She is extremely flexible and can hold a wide range of poses, and combined with her wide array of accessories and extra heads (yes, full heads), gives you numerous options for display.
The kit includes three full heads to choose from, and they attach to the neck via a magnet, allowing them to be easily changed out. Her body and accessories are highly detailed, and despite her dainty frame, builds up and holds together very well. Some have complained about her shoulder joints being weak and breaking, but I had no issues with mine after some light sanding.
A couple pieces had a tight fit outside the joints, but overall, nothing unexpected from a kit not produced by Bandai. The main issues I did have are her elbows not being strong enough to hold her large weapons up, but the included stand has connectors for an auxiliary support arm. The stand itself is also very nice, with a polished translucent base and a sturdy metal support arm. I felt the arm was a bit too long, which I resolved by cutting 2-ish cm off with a hacksaw.
Aesthetics
This kit is gorgeous. It radiates beauty from every aspect, and strikes a good balance between being sexy and tasteful. You can tip that balance a bit in either direction, depending on the parts you choose. Every part of her is highly detailed and the included waterslides look nice and are good quality. Some of her parts come pre-painted.
She looks incredible just built out of the box, with no other detailing. I had a hard time deciding on a final pose and loadout, because she looks so good in any configuration. She is listed as 1:10 scale on the box, but she towers over my other 1:10 models, standing at around 21cm from head to (tip)toe. Earnestcore Craft and Hemoxian knocked it out of the park with this one, and I eagerly look forward to seeing their next kit.
Ease of Acquisition
From what I’ve seen, this kit is available anywhere that sells Chinese kits, which includes a fair number of western plamo retailers and the usual suspects like Gundamit and AliExpress. Kotobukiya handles distribution in some regions, so it’s available directly from their sites, as well. It sits around $60-70 USD, which I feel is a very good value for what’s included in the box.
Personal Verdict?
I strongly recommend that all girlpla fans check this one out. If you like your girlpla with more of a mecha or robotic aesthetic, then this kit is a must-buy. It was an absolute joy to build, customize, and pose. I wouldn’t recommend this kit to an absolute newbie, but you should be fine once you get a couple other girlpla kits under your belt.
